  CCA has a long history of providing consulting support for the leadership of colleges, universities, and schools, and a variety of education-related organizations. Our practice focuses on strategic planning, governance assessment and design, as well as program development and support.

 The principals of CCA have extensive experience with governing boards and understand their dynamics. We also recognize the importance of working closely with both administration and faculty leadership, building on the strengths of each. Our approach is collaborative in nature. We work in partnership with our clients and are comfortable working within complex, multi-constituency environments.

 We have significant expertise with multi-organization initiatives, including educational coalitions and collaboratives, as they plan together and develop shared goals.
