Cambridge Concord Associates (CCA), is a consulting practice that specializes in strategic planning, governance review and design, and communication, as well as one-on-one consultation with top leadership. Each principal of CCA has over twenty years of experience working with schools, colleges and universities, and their related research organizations, as well as education, health, and research related foundations, academic societies, associations and other not-for-profit groups, human services, and and the arts. We also work with networks, coalitions and other collaborative entities as they develop shared strategies. If needed, we help them create the virtual infrastructures required to accomplish their goals together.
Using our knowledge of strategy, governance, and communication, we help our clients engage multiple constituencies, address essential questions, develop and implement plans, and manage their change efforts.
