At Cambridge Concord Associates, we offer a wide range of services to our education and nonprofit client organizations. Among these services are strategic planning, governance assessment and design, change management, multi-stakeholder convening, communication planning and implementation.
Using a collaborative approach, we work with our clients to orchestrate organization-wide discussions and multi-constituency planning efforts.
